This project is an interactive dashboard developed using Power BI with data sourced from Kaggle. The dashboard consists of four main pages. The first page provides an overview of employees, including their total number, distribution, and demographic information. The second page focuses on employee job satisfaction analysis based on various indicators. The third page presents an attrition analysis aimed at identifying the factors that influence employee turnover. The final page contains detailed information about individual employees, which can be used for more in-depth analysis. This project is designed to support data-driven decision-making in HR Analytics, specifically in understanding job satisfaction and attrition.
